To clarify—is this new construction or renovation, and are you starting construction in a few weeks, or finishing?Either way, it's kind of late to start your NC documentation, but not impossible. You could do EBOM, but it will take some time of actual operations to be able to apply for certification. Starting now is a great idea though.About fees, that's up to GBCI and I don't have experience. I would think and hope that they would allow you to change your rating system registration and not pay a new fee.
