I am working on a office building that has installed airflow measuring devices on the central Makeup Air Unit which serve fresh air to a compartment unit on each of the buildings floors via a fresh air damper (8 floors). No floors have densely occupied spaces.
Would I be able to achieve the credit without airflow measuring devices on each of the compartment units?
Thanks.

The airflow measuring devices have to be located at the system level. So, if the MAU is serving separate AHUs on each floor, a single measuring device located at the MAU would not be sufficient. You would need one installed at each AHU.

Ben, where in the credit would I find the actual text that states this? I am in the same situation.
