AGBMC v2

I noticed that USGBC has released AGBMC v2, as of Oct 28, 2011. Is this new document in lieu of the long awaited AGBMC Part 2?

Thomas, they are calling it Release 2 of the AGMBC, and it includes what had previously been referred to as Part 1 and Part 2. So, yes to your question.
