Our project is an Addition to an existing structure. The LEED boundary for the project is just the addition and does not include any of the existing building.
On the LEED IEQp3 Form can I check the tab for "The existing building is not undergoing renovation?"

Yes, I would assume so, as it sounds like there is no renovation in the LEED project scope.

There are parts of the existing building that are being renovated in different phases, but there areas are not going for LEED certification and the LEED boundary for the addition does not include these spaces.
Where the addition connects to the existing building will be renovated under a different phase that is not going to be LEED certified.
