Pilot-Credits EQpc124:Performance-based indoor air quality design and assessment

Active Monitoring System

Hi,

The credit language says that "An active monitoring device" must be installed at all times to continuously monitor contaminant levels and appropriate mitigation measures must be performed for above average levels. Does anyone have more insights on

1. The location of the active monitoring device ( Probably regularly occupied spaces or just some test spaces in the facility)

2. Type of monitoring devices. There are RESET accredited monitors (https://www.reset.build/monitors) as well as some general monitors from other manufacturers.

Thanks

Hi Charlie, Did you pursue this pilot credit? Did you get any direction on the active monitoring devices? Thanks

Charlie - I am interested in your outcome as well.  Out LEED Consultant has added this Credit to our job.  Realistically, we (the GC) don't see how we can achieve it.
