Hi, in my country, we do not have freight rail (or railway to transport cargo from my understanding). We only transport cargo by ship or by plane. Can I still attempt to score for "active freight rail" if it is near the distribution centre (i.e. DHL)?

Only if you are certifying the distribution center. For the facility you're certifying, you would have to meet one of the requirements. If rail is not an option, I would look at the other options.
