I am curious what folks make of this statement from the "step-by-step guidance" in the v4.1 Beta guide: "Common roads that serve multiple buildings should not be included in this calculation.

Do areas with ground level landscape count towards any of the calculations?

We are working on a large project with a significant amount of site paving.

We have a proyect that in the LEED boundary includes a tennis court. It's a clay court so it's not exacly paved.

On a fire station project, does the apparatus bay count in the Parking Under Cover area?
