Replace the definition of "sustainable forestry" with "is the practice of managing forest resources to meet the long-term forest product needs of humans while maintaining the biodiversity of forested landscapes. The primary goal is to restore, enhance, and sustain a full range of forest values, including economic, social, and ecological considerations."

"Replace calculation steps 2 and 3 with the following:

Primers have been adjusted from the GS-11 VOC limits to the SCAQMD Rule 1113 limit for consistency with the original balloted version of LEED 2009. General purpose primers for wall and ceiling paint are widely available at lower VOC concentrations than the specified limit. Content will vary for certain substrates and in high-performance applications.

Revise connectivity definition to:

The paragraph under Table 3. should read: "The intersections per square mile of the site and its surrounding area are calculated according to Equation 3: 212 / [(.932-.342) + (.00781-.00156)] = 355 intersections / square mile. This project qualifies for 4 points under Option 2."
Replace Table 3. See 10/1/2013 ND Addenda Table.

The paragraph under Step 1 should read "Map the area that is 1/2-mile from the project perimeter. Count the qualifying intersections within the 1/2-mile area. Count the qualifying intersections existing on the site, if they were not constructed or funded within the past ten years by the developer."
Delete Equation 2 entirely.
Delete the sentence after Equation 2: "Intersections of streets with nonmotorized rights-of-way may count for up to 20% of total intersections."

Delete section 4: "4. Implementation. Meet the requirements of IEQ Credit 8.2, Daylight and Views - Views, for noninpatient areas prior to pursuing this credit."

Replace Figure 1. Floor Plan Showing Compliant Area. See 10/1/13 Healthcare Reference Guide Addenda Table.

In Table 4, delete the first row entirely reading "Total Construction Cost" and in the second row change "Default Total Materials Cost (45% of total Construction Cost)" to "Total Materials Cost".
