Revise Capus Approach to: “Ineligible”

Under "Group Approach", replace sentence "Submit separate documentation for each building" with the following text: "Eligible. All buildings in the group may be documented as one."

Replace the value for the MDF Core Sustainable Criteria Value from $14,400 to $7,200.

In Requirements, under Furniture evaluation, revise the second sentence to read: Comply with ANSI/BIFMA e3-2011 Furniture Sustainability Standard, Sections 7.6.1 (for half credit, by cost) OR 7.6.2 (for full credit, by cost), using either the concentration modeling approach or the emissions factor approach.

Add the following at the end of step 3: Note, if you comply with these natural ventilation room-by-room calculations, you automatically comply with the ventilation requirements for naturally ventilated spaces in EQ Prerequisite Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance. The monitoring requirements in the prerequisite must still be met.
