We are working with a team who a specified a tree listed as "Limited" per the Cal-IPC resource for use in their landscaping. They are under the impression that an exception may exist for its use but wanted to confirm. They believe this is viable because years ago, they were given clearance to use a plant identified as "Limited" on another project because "the project site was urban and not adjacent to natural open space." I've explored the credit library and the manual but see of no proof of such an exception - does this currently exist? if so, what would need to be provided to take tis approach? For reference, the tree in question is Schinus Molle
