Bioretention

Hello!  Our project is a new aviation hangar adjacent to existing hangars, due to the project's proximity to the taxiway, we will not be allowed to use the taxiway's stormwater conveyance system but will be doing improvements to the existing parking area to include two area of bioretention.  We would appreciate guidance on whether or not the following phrase taken from the credit language includes Bioretention - "Retain (i.e. infiltrate, evapotranspirate, or collect and reuse) on site the increase in runoff volume using LID and GI practices."  It seems like it might be included in evapotranspirate, because the stormwater will evaporate while it is in the bioretention areas.  Any guidance, support is much appreciated!  Thank you!
