My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

Should we include motorcycle parking spaces in our total parking count for the Parking Under Cover option?

SRI Values for Precast Concrete?

Hello - Has anyone found a published study or list of SRI values for precast concrete when used as a roof material, specifically as the top level of a parking structure?

I have read the LEED interpretation 10411 which pertains to non-roof materials only.

Hard to believe no one has a list of accepted values for precast concrete when used in a parking structure. Anyone?
