Full EPD or only the first few pages?

Curious about others experience submitting EPDs for review - do you include only the first few pages which includes the program operator, type, expiration, etc., or have you been asked to provide the full EPD including results, stages, etc.?

We upload the full EPD. Moreover, if you are claiming Option 2: EPD Optimization, the USGBC will definitely want to see a full EPD PDF for the life cycle impact tables.
