I am currently working on a recertification project that was originally certified under LEED Core & Shell. The project is commercial office space attached to a larger publicly used building.
Our waste haulers do not seperate waste created by the office space and the public space, it is all combined and weighed. Energy and Water data is specific to the commercial space. I am unsure how to approach this without waste data specific to the commercial space. Any thoughts, advice, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
