Hello! I am supporting a large developer on their green building certification journey. They would like to pursue LEED at the ND level for a number of their districts. However, the masterplans tend to shift and evolve as the project grows and pivots. We have been told that we cannot pursue LEED if that is the case - can anyone validate that? We were told we would risk the ND Plan and Design certification if the masterplan changes. Possible solution is to pursue pre-certification to allow for a 3 year window of shift before it needs to be frozen? Thoughts?
