I am working on a LEED CI and WELL at Scale project. I am using an approved C13.1 Accessibility and Universal Design: Integrate Universal Design WELL feature as a crosswalk for the LEED Pilot Inclusive Design credit. The client is a large company with over 2000 locations. They are working on certifying all their offices in WELL and certifying their new buildouts or TI projects in LEED as they come up. Therefore, many of the credits for LEED and features for WELL have become company standards. I am impressed on the impact of these decisions that have been made in their company's ESG and what a great role model the are for other businesses.

We have seen similar alignment with one of our interior projects, where the INpc125 credit compliance strategy aligns well with the company ESG strategy and documentation prepared for WELL.
