I'm working a v4 BD+C Multifamily project. GBCI has advised that the historic building will not qualify for BD+C. The developer does not want to pay for two certifications. How could I sucessfully pursue LEED Silver for this project under one certification?

I failed to find such advise, in contrary - I foud article about such cases (when historic buildings qualified for BD+C): https://www.usgbc.org/articles/leed-lookbook-reviving-historic-buildings-through-leed-strategies If under "two certifications" you meant two reviews design and construction - you can go for combined review (one at ther end of constraction). If other - specify.
