interior lighting power allowance in w/sq. m

How to calculate interior lighting power allowance in w/sq. m? how to calculate gross light floor area ratio in w/sq. m (GLFA)?

Hi Pranav, ICC has posted Interior Lighting Power Allowances using either the Building Area Method under TABLE C405.3.2(1) or using the Space-by-Space Method under TABLE C405.3.2(2). For SI: 1 watt per square foot = 10.76 w/m2. You may need to verify local jurisdiction and the LEED referenced standards for the most applicable version. https://codes.iccsafe.org/s/IECC2021P2/chapter-4-ce-commercial-energy-efficiency/IECC2021P2-CE-Ch04-SecC405.3.2
