I don't have the EBOM handbook handy at the moment.  Typically, signage is exempt, need to verify for EBOM.
Lights for the carpark is not exempt.  Any lighting outside of the building.  The carpark structure can be counted as shielding when it blocks the lights from angles above horizontal.

Do you mean that any lighting outside of the building is  exempted? We have underground and open space carpark, within LEED boundary... The concern is with the open space carpark and also facade signage (logo for the building name)

"Lights for the carpark is not exempt.  Any lighting outside of the building." "Do you mean that any lighting outside of the building is  exempted?" No.  I was trying to paraphrase the credit language.  "Shield all exterior fixtures".  I haven't found an exception in EBOM for signage.

Great. Thanks for the clarification. Also, for the logo signage lighting  if switch off from midnight - 6am will be still complaint right?
