Our project is in Seattle with stringent Stormwater requirements. The Civil Engineer used software that they’re required to use to size BMPs, but it does not provide the info in the calculator form. We have to submit rainwater management in compliance with Washington State’s Department of Ecology standards, and we are above the 90th percentile for rain water that is infiltrated on site. Do we need to provide the calculator even if the hydrology report proves we meet the "intent" of the credit?

The v4 language in the reference guide allows 'another spreadsheet software'.
So as long as you follow the method outlined by the reference guide, you should be ok.
Be sure to 'remove rainfall events of less than 0.1 inch' when deteriming the % rainfall event. This might not be typical practice, but the LEED credit language will require.
