The Innovation Credit O+M Starter Kit for Core and Shell Projects states that a copy of a legally binding purchase and lease agreement must be submitted demonstrating that tenants meet the requirements of the LEED O+M Strategy.

1. Is it sufficient that the strategy is implemented by the building and site management?

2. Do the policies need to be attached to the leases?

3. What if the building does not yet have signed leases?

We are considering this credit under Innovation. Do you have any update on the above? LEED provides policies templates but Im not sure if we need to include all since some mention the performance goals that are aligned with LEED O+M certification process and not part of IN requirements. Also since some standards and regulations are US based and our project is in Ireland not sure we can change and be accepted. C
