I have a dilemma for a library project i'm working on.  It seems the MEP designer added temperature sensors (wall or ceiling mounted) in the reading areas.  These don't have any way to adjust temperature on the spot, they are all tied to the BMS.  I would believe that they added sensors as a means to prevent patrons tampering with them, but then again they could have added tamperproof key lock covers if they went with thermostats.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?  Is there a way to work around this for spaces like these that are considered shared multioccupant spaces?
