What sort of documentation do you submitt to demonstrate no need for irrigation in international projects? (i.e. we don´t have a tool like the USDA hardiness zones)
I am supplying monthly rainfall rates and days with rain, and a general characterization of planting material (non-natives used for xeriscasping and natives that naturally grow on drier zones of the same eco-region).
We have been doing no-irrigation landscapes for more than 14 years, and I know our designs will work, I just don't know how to clearly convey it to the reviewer.
Initial watering will be done by hand with hose bibs for a period of one year. Project is located in a tempered humid zone.
There's little to no guidance on this path.

Hi Alexia,
No irrigation required for landscape means that the landscape does not require a permanent irrigation system beyond a maximum two-year establishment period (LEED BD+C v4 guide page 259).
To demonstrate compliance with no irrigation required, evidence from government or journal showing that the plant is drought tolerant so don’t need irrigation shall be provided, as well as following documentation to be submitted:
