Skip Construction Final Review with Pending credit

We just received the Preliminary Construction Review Report from LEED and are happy to accept the results of the preliminary review as final. Unfortunatly the Pilot credit worth 1 point is pending. When I try to skip the review, I get the following message- "The review cannot be skipped at this time. To skip Construction Final review, all pending credits must be withdrawn: 1". It is unfortunately not possible from my end to withdraw only the pilot credit. I can only withdraw the Innovation section which would lead to the project losing 4 points, and drop its certification from Platinum to Gold. Could you please assist me in withdrawign only the Pilot credit (1 point)? Thank you in advance :)
