I have a question regarding one of the conditions to be met to achieve this credit:
- the baseline system designated for the building using ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix G Table G3.1.1 includes a cooling tower (systems 7 & 8)
What is meant by this? Does it mean the baseline building for comaprison must be using cooling tower and what would be the threshold for comaprison? there is no mention of what ratio we should look at when comparing from baseline.

Just follow this question, I also cannot understand what's requiring from this condition. I had a project without cooling tower want to pursue "No cooling tower" ， but reviewer pending the submission and ask for this. I cannot follow the meaning of this sentence and don't know how to achieve it. At last, I abandoned this credit. Hope someone else can help on this.
