When a document is submitted for review, is it understood that only the tables of contents needs to be uploaded, and the detailed document content does not need to be uploaded? In addition, the document examples given by LEEDuser are only tables of contents .Is my understanding correct?Thanks.

Confirm that all sections listed in the credit requirements have been included." We provided this under the Enhanced credit, not Fundamental prereq.
Under Enhanced, "Provide the system manual, if the systems manual has not been delivered, enter the anticipated delivery date above and upload the draft systems manual with highlighted sections indicating updates that will be made after commissioning."
Wondering if it's worth pushing back on that "new" requirement...we'll approach GBCI and provide an update.
