NC-v4 EAp1: Fundamental commissioning and verification
When a document is submitted for review, is it understood that only the tables of contents needs to be uploaded, and the detailed document content does not need to be uploaded? In addition, the document examples given by LEEDuser are only tables of contents .Is my understanding correct?Thanks.

For a building with individual systems per unit, does every single system need to be commissioned?
What kinds of projects must the CxA demonstrate experience on?
What level of authority does the CxA have towards correcting inaccurate or erroneous construction?
Can the CxA be a member of the design or construction team?

In most all our projects we simply submit the table of contents along with the executive summary, completed functional scripts and the Issues and Benefits Log.
This demonstrates compliance with the required prereq uploads.
