Whether to just upload the Tables of contents for Fundamental Cx documentation review？

In most all our projects we simply submit the table of contents along with the executive summary, completed functional scripts and the Issues and Benefits Log. This demonstrates compliance with the required prereq uploads.

Our project was registered before the Cx form was revised (in 2024) to require full documents/excerpts for the CFR/MMP and commissioning plan.  My understanding is that we ought to be able to use the form that was valid at the time of registration, and just submit the TOC and executive summary.
Has anyone any insight on this?

Sounds like we need to adapt to the latest form no matter when we registered. Just received a review on these v4 credits for a project registered 5/20/2020. Lots & lots of uploads required - including the Systems manual now.
"Note that while a commission plan table of contents has been provided, the full plan is required as stated in the form." " Note that while the table of contents has been provided, additional sections are required with the table of contents as stated in the form." "Provide a copy of the CFR and O&M plan or excerpts of the plan that include the systems narratives with a description of the preventive maintenance plan, and a summary of ongoing commissioning tasks. Confirm that all sections listed in the credit requirements have been included." We provided this under the Enhanced credit, not Fundamental prereq.
Under Enhanced, "Provide the system manual, if the systems manual has not been delivered, enter the anticipated delivery date above and upload the draft systems manual with highlighted sections indicating updates that will be made after commissioning."

Wondering if it's worth pushing back on that "new" requirement...we'll approach GBCI and provide an update.
