Biophilic design measures

We are currently working on a LEED project that implements strategies mostly materials and patterns that align with the requirements of the strategy and that look for benefits in comfort and health of the users.

For us, its not entirely clear what are the minimum requirements for the strategies implemented to comply with the credit.

¿Is there a measurable base to rate the strategies?

I have documented it twice on WELL projects but doing it for the first time now in LEED. i used the same type of narrative describign (with word+ photos) hoe we incorpoated teh elenents. my only challenge here is the pilot survey which has yet to reveal itself. good luck!

I would agree with Denise. The narrative example that is provided as part of the Credit Language was a great starting place for me. Using that template (found here: https://www.usgbc.org/resources/designing-nature-documentation-template), I added renderings throughout the document that demostrated each aspect of biophilic design I chose. I also referenced this document (https://www.terrapinbrightgreen.com/reports/14-patterns/) which highlights the 14 patterns of biophilic design and was able to find examples of the patterns and use that as a baseline for my logic.
