We were planning to achieve Option 2. Air Testing (2 points) for EQ Credit: Indoor Air Quality Assessment. There are fabric wrapped acoustic panels that will not be installed until after the tenant moves in. All other finishes will be in place including furniture, etc. Is there any forgiveness for items that are not available before move-in? Could we still go ahead with the testing with these fabric wrapped panels not installed?
