Has anyone attempted to claim the bottle green ticker feature on water bottle filling stations as a sub-meter for the purposes of the water metering credit under the process water category?

Based on the user guide, it appears that these could qualify as manual meters. Depending on the manufacturer, they record the bottle filling in 16 ox (0.125 gal) increments and the actual use is easily read with the usage can be verified during warranty review.

Am I missing anything?
