Option 2 Natural land cover - rainfall percentile to use

Hi all

We are considering a rainwater tank to collect the runoff volume difference between the original site condition and the Project situation.  Does anyone knows which rainfall percentile should be used for calculating the required volume of this tank?

Hi Agustin, You can use the LEED v4 criteria and calculate the 95th percentile: Calculate the total volume of runoff (in cubic feet or cubic meters) corresponding to the 95th percentile of rainfall events for the site in its postdeveloped condition.
