Screening Date vs. Publish Date vs. Expiration Date for HPD

I recently received a rejection comment for an HPD:   Reason given - Publication Date (01/25/22) is after the projects construction period ended( 12/01/21).  This particular product has a Screening Date(06/02/21) that occured during the construction phase of the project.  Shouldn't we using Screening Date as the basis for compliance/approval?

James, I'm sorry for the slow reply. You make a good point. However, by publishing the HPD on 1/25/22, the manufacturer is indicating that the HPD is current for the product as produced then, not prior to then. The screening date complicates this and gives you a good point in your favor. However, this is not the date that GBCI is looking for. I think you have a good case to ask GBCI to utilize the HPD. However, it does not meet the exact requirements of GBCI.
