Definition of clean utility room hand-washing sinks

"Clean utility" is a specific health care term for storage of clean linens and supplies, so it would not apply to a staff changing room. That would be a standard lavatory faucet. 

Sinks can be excluded in tea station, first aid room, cleaners room and cafe bar rooms? for an Office project

Hi Catarina, I believe the tea station and cafe bar rooms would need to be included, as these sound similar to a kitchen or break room sink in function. I'm not sure how the first aid room and cleaners room function. Can you explain those?

Hi Emily,  For ID+C: CI We have an 90%warehouse +10% office. Office is where all fixtures and fittings are installed. We have 2 cafe bar areas, each with 1.no zip tap and sink. My understanding is that for sink kitchen faucet compliance is required. In Office Spaces we have a cleaners room and first aid room with a sink, but they would not be used regularly. Cleaners room would say will be used by cleaning staff which will represent <5% of regular occupants. where first aid room and sink as well will be used only when required for what is intended for, to provide aid.  What are your thoughts or experience on these? 

Hi Catarina, I'd treat both the cleaners' room (akin to a janitor's closet) as process water; I'd think that the first aid room would also be considered process water. You could leave both of these out of the calculator, though you may want to clarify in the form or in a support narrative that these were specifically excluded and are considered process water to avoid related comments from the reviewers.
