Hi everyone!
I was wondering if the staff changing rooms of a hotel can be considered "clean utility room hand-washing sinks", so excluded from indoor water use reduction calculation?
Thanks in advice!

"Clean utility" is a specific health care term for storage of clean linens and supplies, so it would not apply to a staff changing room. That would be a standard lavatory faucet.
