We have a project that has no exterior lighting - not even emergency egress, as the travel paths go through an existing, compliant building.
Does this mean we comply with the credit, or is it "not applicable"?
Thanks in advance!

From what I remember, zero outdoor lighting will earn this credit. Note in the message area that there are zero outdoor lights in the scope of this project. But you may have to add 1W when filling out the form or the software will think the form is incomplete and won't allow you to submit.
