Electric Charging Stations out of Leed Boundary

Hi !

Leed v4:

Is it possible to have electric charging station out of the Leed Boundary ?  This secundary parking lot, where the charging stations are, provides service to the whole project.

Hi Jorge,
As stated on the web page about MPR v4 here: https://www.usgbc.org/credits/new-construction-core-and-shell-schools-new-construction-retail-new-construction-data-3?return=/credits/new-construction/v4/minimum-program-requirements
Facilities (such as parking lots, bicycle storage, shower/changing facilities, and/or on-site renewable energy) that are outside of the LEED project boundary may be included in certain prerequisites and credits if they directly serve the LEED project and are not double-counted for other LEED projects. The project team must also have permission to use these facilities.
  Best regards, Afogreen Build
