NC-v4 RPc1:Regional priority

LEED Online Credits not eligible in Innovation in Design Only

On LEED online the Regional Priority Credits show we are eligible within a
credit threshold (ie. Optimize Energy Performance) but in the Innovation
threshold is says we are not eligible? Please advise.

Hi Katie, Have you been trying to use different browser? We saw not exactly the same but quite similar problem in this link (https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/forum/no-credit-uploads-available-credit-light-pollution-reduction-within-project) and suggest using different browser. If Regional Priority credits for other credits is eligible, it is also supposed to be eligible for Innovation credit.

I've tried Microsoft Edge, Google, and Mozilla Firefox and none of them work. The regional priority credits do not show up nor does the small gray magnifiying glass at each credit to opt for a 4.1 version credit instead which I've also messaged about a while a go with no response. Please advise as soon as you can. Thank you - Katie

Maybe I'm not communicating this correctly. I am trying to see where I can submit/check this on LEED online? Under Innovation and Design it still indicates "Based on your location, you are not eligible for an additional Regional Priority credit point for this credit." However, on the link you sent me it appears we should have 6 regional priorities available.

Katie make sure you meet the threshold number of points. Also, Regional Priority points are not typically tied to Innovation and Design. RP points are tied to Credits within the particular rating system (BD+C, C+S, etc.). Innovation credits are achieved by going OUTSIDE that rating system.

Do credits tied to RP points have to be approved in order for the RP point to show? Or should they show up if you are attempting which they currently don't? It's a bit unnerving if they only show up after a credit is approved. Thanks for the info!

There is what looks like a grey color magnifying glass icon next to thecredits that have regional priority. When you check "credit complete" and have sufficient points to earn the RP, the icon switches to a color (orange for now).
