This happens occasionally ith several different credits. Try using a different browser. I've recently used Mozilla Firefox and have been able to see the upload button for individual credits. If you don't see uploads that should already be listed, you will often see that they are there by clicking the upload button for the entire project. Good luck!

I, too, see this happen on occasion. Most times, you should be able to close out of the browser you're in, and come back in from scratch and it should behave.
