I am working on a site in which due to the site limitations and building height restrictions wet solution is not feasible. Therefore, air cooled chillers were used which results in a lower COP than specified in the baseline model.
The chiller is used to to provide cooling to process loads and considering the size of chiller, the baseline chiller is Water-cooled, electrically operated, centrifugal with COP of 6.1.
I wonder if there is any exception that can be applied to the baseline building and considering the site limitations air cooled chiller also can be used in the baseline building.

I don't think there are any exceptions.
