Hi all,
can anyone tell me whether a mezzanine studio apartment should be classified as an individual space as a whole, or it has both individual and multi-occupant spaces (bedroom on the mezzanine and a kitchen)?
Thanks

The LEED v4 BD+C reference guide lists bedrooms as individual occupant spaces. While not listed in the LEED v4 BD+C reference guide, on LEED 2009 projects kitchens, dinning rooms, and living rooms were multi-occupant spaces.
