Provide a safe working environment during construction?

We interpreted the intent of these two pilot credits (Safety First - Cleaning and Disinfecting; Re-enter Your Workplace) to be: provide a safe working environment during construction. For this project, there is greater risk of COVID-19 transmission while the construction team is on-site, and therefore greater need for these policies and practices. Has anyone else interpreted the credits this way?

We didn't interpret the credits that way. We wonder the parameters for the best way for the construction team on site to have a safe working environment. Our Core and Shell building was easier to interpret this credit for the developer to provide the clean, disinfected space for the tenants in the common areas.
