The LEED v4.1 O+M Beta Guide states that survey must be completed in the Arc platform. Data from surveys conducted outside of the platform are not accepted at this time. However, you can opt to do a “lobby survey,” which will activate the survey for “in person” administration on a single device or multiple devices. This mode enables teams to collect survey responses from a lobby location.
