Fly Ash in Concrete

Does LEED v4.1 allow the use of fly ash in concrete mixes?

It was not allowed for LEED for Healthcare, 2009, don't see any specific stipulation in the LEED v4.1 BD+C rating system language.

Correct, this restriction was removed going from v2009 to v4.
