Minimum number of charging stations

I note that LEED v4 credit language states: Install electrical vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) in 2% of all parking spaces used by the project. The LEED v4 version of this credit includes "or at least two spaces." Can anyone confirm that under LEED v4 there is no minimum, such that you could install 1 EVSE as long as that is representative of 2% of all parking spaces?

I checked with GBCI on this one. The LEEDv4 credit wording "2% of all parking spaces used by the project" is correct and there is no minimum requirement for the number of EVSE to comply, but technically one EVSE parking space would be the minimum.
