Pilot-Credits EQpc123:Designing with Nature, Biophilic Design for the Indoor Environment

Experience about the Pilot Credit

This credit has a wonderful intention since it is based on the well-being of the users of the project in order to generate comfort in the occupation of the buildings. However, in my opinion the requirement of the credit are not specific enough about the mesures or quantities. Thus, it is possible that at the time of the implementation of it, the strategies would be based on a subjective criteria.

We believe this is a very important criteria, especially for projects that are developed in urban areas without access to landscaped outdoor areas.  We also think that the beauty and richness of this criteria lies precisely in the design freedom it allows to meet the requirements, which translates into meaningful and fulfilling proposals for the projects
