Does pervious landscaping (grasses and trees) count toward LID area that retains water on site in accordance with the Rainfall Events Calculator Strategies tab?
If so is the volume retained the product of the area of landscaping multiplied by the chosen percentile storm?

Hi David,
Yes, I think grasses and trees count towards LID strategies.
However, I don't think it can manage 100% of the percentile event unless it is designed as a rain garden, vegetated swale or similar. You should multiply by the runoff coefficient for that type of soil as well.
