"ready for review" status in Design Final Review Decision

Good Morning,

we have submitted this credit in the design review, but in the Design Final Review Decision the status is "ready for review" and not "anticipated" like the others. Can you tell me why?

In LEED v4 this credit is reviewed during Construction Stage Review.
