We are having trouble finding EPAct-compliant fixtures. Is that a problem?

Where can I find a clear meaning of "public" and "private" as relevant to lavatory faucets?

Schools-2009 WEp1:Water Use Reduction—20% Reduction

Pre-rinse spray valves

Trying to figure out if I need to and how/where to include values for pre-rinse spray valve use. I am not going for the process water use reduction credit because the project won't meet other requirements for it (the only place it seem to make sense to me to include the pre-rinse spray valves in the water use reduction calculator is under the "process water" tab). Is it enough to just provide a cut-sheet for the installed valves that show they meet the 1.6 gpm requirement?

Hello Kelly,  Yes. Manufacturer 's documentation highlighting and confirming that the pre-rinse spray valves meet requirement is sufficent to demonstrate compliance.
