Pilot-Credits IPpc98:Assessment and Planning for Resilience

Hazard identify for the project outside of the US

Hi all,

There is no hazard risk disclosure of Wildfire, Drought and Landslides and Unstable Soils in the project site. Because Japan where is the project site has no experience in those hazards so far. In this case, is it allowable that we express the hazard mitigation plans for only identified hazards in the project site, such as Earthquake flooding, and Tsunami ?

Furthermore, how can we choose the hazard level in “IPpc98_99 Resilience Workbook” for the project outside of the US? Can we choose the hazard level based on the hazard frequency?

Hello Junko, Would you happen to have any feedback on your initial pody? We have the same questions for another project located outside the US.
