Most of the posts on these Pilot Credit pages are here out of necessity to submit it for review, this one included. It would be nice if there were some way to differentiate/filter between posts just making a statement for purposes of meeting the credit requirements versus posts that are asking for some sort of advice.
Food for thought.
For my particular project this time, we were able to meet the requirements for a 2-storey, CS renovation project that had minimal changes to the existing building envelope. Since it was an older base building, there wasn't nearly as much glass / curtain wall as is seen in nearly every new construction commercial project these days.

I agree with the need for better filtering. I believe improvements can be made on the titles themselves to make it clear what the post is about as well as keywords.
Our project was able to meet these requirements without a problem as well. Since the project is a warehouse, the low-height of the building and minimal amount of clear elements ensured a low threat level. Additionally, the project benefited in being located close to an airport that had already studied and verified no migratory bird paths were in the zone.
